My name is Lana and currently I am on a quest in search of all the things that inspire me, and turn them into my own personal gathering of pretty crafty things. This blog is
whatever you make of it; whether it’s joining the many others who are on this
same journey or simply visiting to gather information and other tips. I guess you can say that I specialize in "up cycling" old and forgotten items. I love to start with something simple and old and transform it in my own way. I share are all my projects on this blog, and like to show you where I get my inspiration.
I study theatre design at the Utrecht school of the arts in Holland. I love that I am given the opportunity to create things every day and I really enjoy finding inspiration in every day life. When I am not at school or working on a project, I like to go home and enjoy some spare time with my boyfriend and my two cats, who are the cutest in the world!

Hi Lana,
ReplyDeleteI must say, I'm excited to have found you.
My parents are both Dutch, so when I read your post about Dutch French toast, I was brought back to memories of weekend breakfasts when I was young.
I can't wait to follow along and see what else you have in store!
xx
Hi!
DeleteHow great that your parents are both Dutch and that you know "wentelteefjes" (Dutch toast)! Thank you for commenting on my blog, and I am also happy that you found me ;)
xx
I found you through a link about your wine bottle lamp. I was fortunate to spend 3 days doing a whirlwind tour of Holland in an attempt to discover my heritage. I can't wait to have more time in your country. You have some great ideas, and I hope you can complete your 30 b4 30. That is a great idea, too bad I would have to try for 60 b4 60! They would never get finished!
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful that you visited Holland! And thank you for the compliment!
